I feel a tingle when using the mask, is this normal?
Yes! Feeling a tingle is absolutely normal and is due to the active ingredients tackling all the impurities. So sit back and relax and let Nina Kay™ do it's thing.
I have eczema/rosacea, can I use your product?
Yes you can! Our products do not contain any ingredients that might trigger eczema or rosacea. You may experience a light tingling sensation on your first use, just ensure to moisturise after applying the mask. If you have any major concerns please consult your GP.
Will I break out after using the mask?
Kaolin Clay works by pulling impurities from beneath your skin above the surface to detoxify your face. If you find you break out, it is for this reason. Do not panic as this is simply a result of your skins detoxification. Ensure to moisturise after applying the clay mask on your road to clearer, brighter, detoxified skin.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our Products have a shelf life of 24 months when stored in a cool and dry place.
How often should I use my Nina Kay™ Skin products?
If you have oily to combination skin, you should use our Australian Pink Clay Mask and Nina Kay™ Exfoliator 3 times a week for best results. If you have dry or super sensitive skin, 2 times a week is advised. You should use our Nina Kay™ Moisturiser Daily for best results. Consult your GP if you have any concerns.
My face is red after using the clay, is that normal?
Yes, redness is normal after a clay mask application as pink clay brings blood to the surface of the skin as it lifts impurities from beneath your skin. Below are a few tips to help:
Can I use your products if I'm pregnant?
Congratulations! Yes you can use our entire Nina Kay™ skin care range whilst pregnant as our products do not contain any chemicals that will harm you or your baby. If you have serious concerns, we recommend talking to your GP.
How do I remove the mask?
We recommend using our Nina Kay™ 100% bamboo face towel and warm water. Ensure to moisturise after applying mask to retain hydration.
How long does shipping take?
For orders placed within Australia, shipping will take 2-7 business days after the order is processed. Orders will be processed within 1 business day of order and a confirmation email will be sent. All orders are tracked with tracking numbers attached in the confirmation email.

How do I enter my discount code?
Discount codes are entered at the final stage of checkout. You will see an option to enter the discount code. Click Apply once you have done so. If you have any issues please contact us.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes we do! We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with the results after using our products consistently for 30 days. We ask that you take photos before and after to help us understand your concerns.
If you have an allergic reaction to our products we will be happy to offer you a refund once we receive a photo of your reaction. If you have any known skin allergies please consult your GP.
A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once the order is processed it can't be cancelled. You will have to wait until the package arrives and either reject delivery or ship it back to us for a full refund minus a $10 shipping fee
